Home Health Nurse Supervisor - Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Nurse Supervisor/Team Lead that is well knowledgeable with OASIS and has Medicare experience to help lead , educate, and build our fast growing, results oriented Home Health business. This nurse must have Home Health leadership experience in overseeing other Nurses and must have managed from within the Facility.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing
Oversee a Team of 8 to 10 Nurses at once
Develop a process to monitor appropriate utilization of services to you assigned team
Directs the implementation of service goals and objectives to your assigned team
Develops standards that ensure safe and effective services to clients and families
Monitor other Nurses caseloads and provides leadership
Monitors Nurses clinical record review process. Case coordination oversight
Develops plan for ongoing in-services and staff development for your assigned team
Keep your team up-to-date with clinical information including orientation, in-service education and client care documentation
Consults with physicians in matters relating to patient care services if needed
Must be knowledgeable of Oasis and Medicare
Accountability for a Team of Nurses
Insures a comfortable, orderly and safe work environment
Requirements
Must have at least 3 years of Home Health experience
Home Health leadership/management/supervisor experience a must
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be licensed Illinois Registered Nurse
Have an outstanding desire to provide great customer service and creative clinical management
Superior written and Excellent verbal communication skills are key.
Strong Supervision and Leadership Skills
Has experience in Time Management and Delegation
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING AT THE HOME HEALTH CORPORATE OFFICE!
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
